    Good product, missing instructions

    The Red CPU port goes to the fan you want to read the PWM Speed from and the cable that connects to the short side that says "To CPU" goes to the motherboard, so it can control the PWM speed. No instructions in the box, and none on the website, but it is pretty obvious when you think about it! overall for the price its a win.
