USB4 Type-C ports on the rear panel and PCIE3 slot share PCIe Gen4x4 bandwidth. Both run at PCIe Gen4x2 when PCIE3 slot is occupied. You can switch PCIE3 to PCIe Gen4x4 in the BIOS, but this will disable the USB4 Type-C ports. The USB4 host controller supports up to PCIe Gen4x4.
